Granahan McCourt Acquisition Corporation was formed for the purpose of acquiring one or more assets or operating businesses in the telecommunications and media industries through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset or stock acquisition or other similar business combination. Granahan McCourt is focusing its investment activities on the telecommunications and media industries and will seek to acquire companies in sectors where there are opportunities for value creation as a result of technological or regulatory changes and where they can leverage the expertise of the management team. The Company will focus its efforts in North America and Europe, where management has direct investment experience and a network of industry contacts to source transaction opportunities.
